Registered Customers

You do not need to be a registered customer to shop with us, however, it's very simple and If you register during the order process, you can track your order online.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Your credit or debit card will be debited at the time of order. You can make payment on our website, or by telephone on 020 3793 0303. We also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. Please make cheques payable to Arredare Limited.

Delivery

Delivery periods are indicated against each product. We always try to deliver within the indicated delivery periods. If your order is delayed, we will advise you of the new delivery date by email. You can cancel your order at this point if you choose. You can email us before ordering to confirm stock and delivery details against any item. If you have a critical delivery deadline, please indicate this in the notes section of your order. Please let us know if you have any special delivery requirements and we will do our best to meet them.

Damages

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free for all orders delivered within the UK or Republic Of Ireland. For other delivery destinations, delivery costs are calculated during checkout and will be shown to you before you complete your order.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add To Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Place Order", we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

Conclusion Of The Contract

By clicking the button "Place Order" you place a binding order for the goods you have added to your basket. You will receive an order confirmation by return. The contract will be concluded when we send a despatch confirmation email or by the delivery of the goods. If you don't receive a despatch confirmation email or delivery of the goods within the delivery period indicated, you are not bound by the contract.

The Contract

The contracts text will be stored by us. You may store the general terms and conditions of business for your own reference. All data in connection with your order is stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

Right To Cancel

You may cancel the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without having to give any reason. If you wish to cancel the contract prior to dispatch of goods, please email customerservices@arredare.co.uk or call us on 020 3793 0303. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the information in our Returns Policy. The right to cancel applies to consumer purchases, and does not apply to business customers. Returns Policy - UK & Republic Of Ireland

If you wish to return goods for a refund, please contact us by email or phone in the first instance. Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange free collection, and issue a full refund once the goods arrive back with us - it's as simple as that! Please note: Goods which have been used, or are no longer in their original packaging, personalised goods or goods made to your specifications can not be returned. This returns policy applies to consumer purchases delivered within the UK and Republic Of Ireland, and does not apply to business customers. Returns Policy - Other Countries

If you wish to return goods for a refund, please contact us by email or phone in the first instance. Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The cost of returning goods to us is yours. We can not reimburse the purchase price of goods lost or damaged in transit, consequently,  we strongly recommend that goods are fully insured during transit. We do not refund any delivery charges. Please note: Goods which have been used, or are no longer in their original packaging, personalised goods or goods made to your specifications can not be returned. This returns policy applies to consumer purchases delivered outside the UK and Republic Of Ireland, and does not apply to business customers.
