Born in Terni, Francesco Paretti graduated in industrial design from the University of LA SAPIENZA, Rome.
Francesco Paretti has acted as a design consultant for PIETRO BERETTA, POLTRONOVA, RADIOMARELLI, ARC HI TECH.
Francesco Paretti has designed products for various firms either independently or together with important designers and stylists such as, Stefano Giovannoni, Anna Gili, Gai Mattiolo and others. In 1997 and 1998 he won the goldsmith's award SAN VALANTINO ORO (San Valentino Gold) and in 2003 the international design competition APRILIA DESIGN PRIZE 2002 (The Scooter of the Future).
Francesco Paretti has taught at the GB CIGNAROLI Polytechnic of Arts in Verona and the LUDI Department of industrial Design, University LA SAPIENZA, Rome. He currently teaches Industrial Design at the IED of ROME. His works have been displayed at numerous design exhibitions around the world.
